On August 24, 1985, with the approval of the Supreme People’s Court, the Quzhou Intermediate People’s Court was established. It currently governs 6 grass-roots courts in Kecheng, Qujiang, Longyou, Jiangshan, Changshan, and Kaihua, 13 people’s courts, and the City Intermediate Court. There are 23 internal departments, namely: Criminal First Tribunal, Criminal Second Tribunal, Commutation Parole Tribunal, Civil First Tribunal, Civil Second Tribunal, Civil Third Tribunal, Administrative Tribunal, Enforcement Tribunal, Execution Tribunal Tribunal, Enforcement Adjudication Tribunal, Comprehensive Enforcement Division, and Case First Tribunal, Second Tribunal, Trial Supervision Tribunal, Office, Research Office, Supervision Office, Propaganda and Education Office, Personnel Office, Judicial Expertise Office, Judicial Police Detachment, Service Office, Trial Management Office, Trial Security Center.
